“Poffertjes” are those typical Dutch tiny, fluffy pancakes which taste best with powder sugar and butter (and a bit of rhum, is my personal opinion). Poffertjes baker Seth had his wooden pavillion for many years on the Binnenweg and later on Hoogstreet. Since some years the pavillion has gone and Seth has a permanent location In a Hoogstraat building instead.
